PA State Troopers to Offer Free Car Seat safety Checks

When it comes to child safety, one the most important things parents and caregivers can do is make sure their child's car seat is installed correctly. That's why free child safety-seat inspections will be scheduled during the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration's "Click It or Ticket" campaign from Monday to Nov. 27.
